Updated 16 March, 2020 Travel Update - COVID-19 At this stage, all Med Experience Tours are scheduled to go ahead.

We understand it’s an uncertain time for Med Experience guests travelling in 2020 as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect worldwide travel.

Our highest priority is the enjoyment, wellbeing and health and safety of our guests, and we’re doing everything we can to ensure this is maintained.

In light of this, we have been monitoring advice from ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents), WHO (World Health Organisation) and government advisory bodies closely.

Should this change at any time, we will reach out to affected travellers to support them in making new travel arrangements.

We understand that many guests’ travel arrangements have been affected. As a result, we have temporarily added flexibility to our terms until further notice to help travellers navigate through these difficult times, including:

  • Flexi-bookings: Changes to your departure date can be made up to 30 days before departure, with no admin fee
  • Take your Time: Balance payments have been extended and are not due until 30 days before departure
  • Credit: Roll your booking over to a later date in 2020...or all the way to 2022. With no admin fees, its up to you!

We’re here to help! Jump on the phone, live chat or email to speak with a member of our customer service team about your options.
