11 Day Tour:
The 11 day tour officially starts at 3.30pm with the welcome meeting at Selina Theatrou hotel, Athens, on the first day. You can check-in to the hotel any time during the day. Be sure to bear in mind that your room may not be ready until after 3pm.
Don’t forget you have the free Meet Athens Tour at 4pm to experience both historical and modern day Athens. We cannot wait to show you around the city centre of Athens!

9 Day Tour:
The 9 day tour officially starts at 4:30pm with the Welcome Meeting at Grande Murano Hotel in Fira Town, Santorini. You can check-in to your accommodation at any time during the day.
Be sure to bear in mind that your room may not be ready until after 2pm, if this is the case feel free to enjoy a drink at the bar or dive into the swimming pool!

Every traveller’s needs are different, but the primary thing we advise is to pack as light as possible.
Soft bags such as backpacks, duffel bags or gym bags are preferable to hard-cased bags, as these can take up more space on the bus and in your accommodation.
Don’t forget to pack a good pair of trainers/sneakers for the Volcano Hike in Santorini!
Breakfast is included in your tour. Please make us aware of any dietary requirements or allergies you may have prior to your tour commencing so we can cater to your needs.
Your tour includes accommodation, daily breakfast, tour leader, ferry tickets and minibus transfers between ports and hotels. Make sure to bring enough money for food, drinks, souvenirs, entry to additional historical sites, and optional excursions.
Greece's currency is the Euro. Cashpoints are our recommended way of getting local currency. Your Tour Manager will help direct you to cashpoints, readily available throughout your trip.
It is extremely important that you purchase travel insurance before leaving your home country. We recommend that all passengers travelling on Med Experience trips have personal insurance to cover medical and repatriation costs. We want to provide you with an incredible holiday, and if there’s anything you’re not happy about, we want to know about it so we can fix it right away. If you’re unhappy about any aspect of your trip please follow the below procedure right away:
Step 1:
Communicate problems to your Tour Manager immediately so they are able to address it straight away. You will
be provided with your Tour Manager’s phone number at the start of your tour – please take note of it so you
can reach them if issues arise after hours.
Step 2:
If you feel the problem has not been resolved, please contact Vasiliki Apostolopoulou, our Greece-based

By following the process above we will have a clear record of events from all parties involved and we will have been given every opportunity to resolve problems for you. 11 Day Tour:
The 11 day tour ends back at the Selina Theatrou Hotel, where you will spend the last night of the tour. Your tour will finish when you check-out of the hotel at 11.00am the following day.
9 Day Tour:
The 9 day tour ends when you check out of your Mykonos accommodation at Paradise Resort. You are able to explore more of Mykonos on this day, however you must check out of your accommodation by 10.00am on the last day of your tour.
